Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Website
This Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlines the agreed terms between Alexia Symes (referred to as "Provider") and Alexia Symes Pilates Customers (referred to as "Customers") regarding the use of the Provider's website. This SLA defines the responsibilities, uptime guarantees, and other relevant aspects related to the website services.
1. Availability and Uptime:
a. The Provider agrees to make every reasonable effort to ensure the website is accessible to Customers.
b. The Provider aims to achieve an uptime of 99% on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.
2. Technical Support:
a. The Provider shall provide technical support for the website during regular business hours.
b. Support requests can be submitted through the designated channels mentioned on the website.
3. User Accounts:
a. Customers may create user accounts on the website to access course materials and other relevant content.
b. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4. Course Content:
a. Customers understand and agree that all course materials provided on the website are owned by the Provider and are protected by copyright laws.
b. Customers shall not duplicate, copy, distribute, modify, or share course materials, in part or in whole, without explicit permission from the Provider.
5. Payment and Refunds:
a. Customers acknowledge that course fees are non-refundable once purchased.
b. The Provider reserves the right to modify course fees and payment terms, with prior notice to Customers.
6. Data Privacy and Security:
a. The Provider shall take reasonable measures to protect Customer data submitted through the website.
b. Customer data shall be treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Provider's privacy policy.
7. Force Majeure:
a. The Provider shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, acts of government, or technical issues with third-party services.

b. Upon termination, the Provider shall provide a reasonable grace period for Customers to retrieve any stored data.
9. Amendments:
a. This SLA may be amended by the Provider with prior notice to Customers.
b. Amendments will be effective upon the stated date of the notice.
10. Governing Law:

There is a no refunds and/return policy on any and all product purchased from Alexia Symes, The Pilates Course and Alexia Symes Pilates.
